When: 

January 1 & 8; 1PM-3PM EST

How:

Live and Recorded on Zoom. 1 Year access. Replay in 48 business Hours. Once you sign up through the course portal, zoom links are in the portal. I will also send a reminder e-mail. 

Price: 

Sliding Scale from $50 to $100. Click on the drop down box to show price options. $50 is discounted rate and class is offset by the community & teacher. $70 is the true price and is more sustainable for me as a teacher. $100 gives to the community and helps to pay for the discounted rates.

Additional Info: Information about the sessions and what you will need are in the course portal. The practices are gentle and accessible. Comfortable yoga clothes and a yoga mat or something to practice on is all that is needed but additional information is in the portal.
