Finding Liberation Through the Life You’re Already Living
In Chapter 5 of the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna asks a timeless question: Should I renounce the world to find peace, or can I stay in it and still be free? This module explores Krishna’s answer and what it means for modern seekers walking the householder path.

What is God in the context of yoga? Is it a deity? A force? A form? Or something beyond all forms?
In this accessible yoga philosophy exploration, we’ll look at how the yogic tradition understands the Divine—not as a doctrine to be believed, but as a support to be experienced.
Drawing from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Krishna’s teachings in the Bhagavad Gita, we’ll explore the concept of Ishta Devata, or chosen form of the Divine, and why it’s offered as an aid to steady the mind and open the heart.

Come with curiosity, and leave with a clearer understanding of how yoga honors your personal way of walking toward the sacred.
