California Wild Fire Donation Class

For one special week, I am opening up my  Weekly Wisdom class to raise funds for a meaningful cause. Weekly Wisdom has always been a space to explore yogic teachings, foster community, and connect through shared learning. Now, it’s also an opportunity to give back.

All donations from the January 21 session of Weekly Wisdom will go directly to World Central Kitchen, which is providing vital meals to first responders and families impacted by the wildfires in California. Together, we can extend the spirit of yoga beyond our mats and into the lives of those who need it most.

Weekly Wisdom is a space to explore yogic teachings, foster community, and connect through shared learning. It provides an opportunity to dive deeper into yoga philosophy and principles that inspire transformation in daily life.
