Join us on an unforgettable journey to the Sacred Valley of Perú, where every morning we'll practice Mysore-style yoga in the heart of nature, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. These sessions are open to all levels, offering personalized attention in a warm, supportive environment. After the physical practice, we'll explore pranayama, meditation, and chanting, grounding ourselves in the peace of this sacred land. All meals will be crafted by a private chef using fresh, local, organic ingredients.
In the afternoons, Shanna Small will lead workshops on accessible asana, teaching you how to adapt yoga practices to be more inclusive. You’ll learn to support a wide range of students, not just through props like blocks and straps, but by understanding the deeper essence of each pose and the unique needs of each individual.
You'll leave this retreat with a rich toolkit of variations and techniques that foster flow, inclusion, and connection for all. Plus, you’ll earn 6 Yoga Alliance Accredited CEUs as you deepen your knowledge in this transformative experience.
